Responsibilities
- Develop production-grade Node.js services on AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
- Create secure APIs and integrations across internal systems and third-party platforms.
- Establish technical patterns and reusable services for the contact center systems roadmap.
- Implement observability pipelines using tools like OpenSearch and CloudWatch.
- Design automation and AI-enabled workflows to enhance operational visibility.
- Build migration tooling to transition legacy telephony workflows to modern platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend software engineering experience, ideally with Node.js or TypeScript.
- Strong experience in API design, system architecture, and debugging.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda or similar cloud/serverless architecture.
- Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and production observability tools.
- Practical use of AI coding assistants for development and troubleshooting.
- Fluency with GitHub workflows including pull requests and CI/CD collaboration.
