Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Champion process improvements to enhance code quality and team efficiency.
- Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of growth and ownership.
- Design, build, and maintain user-centric application features.
- Develop and operationalize scalable backend services and data pipelines.
- Apply AI and automation to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
- Optimize the developer experience by improving toolchains and CI/CD pipelines.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Passionate about building scalable frontend and backend systems.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality products and clean code.
- Self-starter with project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Full-stack expertise with experience in scalable systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to user experience.
- 5+ years of experience in web applications, web services, and data pipelines.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Go, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
- Experience with cloud-based development and deployment on AWS.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
