Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mission-focused software solutions using Palantir Foundry, messaging technologies, data engineering, and integration patterns.
- Design and implement Modular Open Systems Architecture solutions supporting interoperable integration across space, air, ground, cyber, and terrestrial domains.
- Lead Agile and DevSecOps development efforts, including deployment activities using ArgoCD.
- Architect multi-domain data integration pipelines that aggregate, normalize, and connect sensor, intelligence, and command-and-control data.
- Support system engineering documentation, requirements definition, integration blueprints, acquisition strategy, and technical decision-making.
- Enable joint-domain data fusion and operational decision support aligned with CJADC2 and DoD warfighting frameworks.
- Collaborate with government, industry, combatant command, service component, and Intelligence Community stakeholders.
- Sustain, enhance, modernize, and document software capabilities operating in secure environments and across varying classification levels.
Requirements
- At least 9 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree, or an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of the degree.
- At least 3 years supporting software engineering, systems integration, platform implementation, or application development in DoD, Intelligence Community, SAP/SCI, or similarly complex mission environments.
- Demonstrated experience with Palantir Foundry, Gotham, or similar data integration and operational decision-support platforms.
- Experience developing, integrating, or configuring data workflows, user-facing applications, operational use cases, and cross-platform software solutions.
- Experience with data integration concepts, pipelines, APIs, data modeling, and workflow automation in secure enterprise or mission systems.
- Familiarity with cloud-enabled architectures, DevSecOps, software deployment, platform engineering, or hybrid cloud environments is desired.
- Experience with Palantir operational applications, data environments, mission systems, dashboards, mission applications, workflows, or multi-domain intelligence and command-and-control integration is preferred.
- Strong systems engineering, stakeholder communication, and technical documentation abilities are preferred.
- Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Sensitive Compartmented Information and Special Program access, plus willingness to consent to a polygraph examination.
