Base Salary
$200k - $320k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with customers to understand their unique environments and operational constraints.
- Design and implement custom telemetry integrations for customer-specific data sources.
- Build bespoke detection and analytics capabilities tailored to customer needs.
- Extend the agent for unique environments to ensure flawless operation.
- Develop full-stack solutions including custom dashboards and API integrations.
- Gather customer feedback to translate real-world challenges into product requirements.
- Collaborate with research and development teams to drive platform innovation.
- Support customers through deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering capability across frontend and backend technologies.
- Proven problem-solving ability in customer environments with unique constraints.
- Experience integrating external systems and building data adapters.
- Understanding of operating system fundamentals for Windows and/or macOS.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Genuine interest in understanding customer operational challenges.
- Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments with evolving priorities.
