Responsibilities
- Build and ship product features to production daily.
- Own entire product areas and projects from concept through deployment.
- Develop fully agentic systems that automate complex recruiting workflows.
- Balance rapid iteration with scalability and software quality.
- Talk with customers and iterate on the product based on feedback.
Requirements
- Very strong software engineering experience with TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and AI-assisted coding tools.
- Experience with LLM APIs is preferred.
- Demonstrated ownership, resourcefulness, high agency, and a startup-oriented approach.
