Responsibilities
- Own features from requirements through development and delivery.
- Develop features across patient-facing apps, pediatrician dashboards, and internal tools.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate workflow and experiment with new approaches.
- Contribute to improving engineering processes, including CI/CD and code quality.
- Ship high-velocity code while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- Invest in personal growth and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience with core technologies like Next.js, TypeScript, React, or Node.js.
- Ability to work across both frontend and backend technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance workflow.
