Base Salary
$218k - $257k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own frontend technical strategy and architecture for financial reconciliation and operations products.
- Build React and TypeScript applications supporting high-volume financial data, tables, filtering, visualizations, and transaction-level investigation.
- Design auditable human-in-the-loop workflows covering validation, approvals, errors, permissions, and review history.
- Define end-to-end contracts with backend and API teams to turn data capabilities into reliable product features.
- Establish frontend practices for testing, accessibility, performance, observability, feature management, and safe rollout.
- Lead ambiguous, high-impact initiatives across engineering, product, design, Finance, and Accounting.
- Partner with Finance and Accounting users to translate operational needs into product and technical roadmaps.
- Mentor engineers and raise the team’s technical bar.
- Use generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Significant experience building and shipping production web applications with React and TypeScript.
- Fullstack capability across frontend and backend services.
- Experience leading ambiguous, cross-functional projects from problem definition through rollout and iteration.
- Deep expertise in frontend architecture, state management, API integration, performance optimization, accessibility, testing, and observability.
- Experience building data-rich operational products, enterprise software, or workflow systems where accuracy and user trust are essential.
- Experience with financial systems, reconciliation, or payments is preferred.
- Ability to influence technical direction across organizational boundaries and create alignment through technical designs and product discussions.

- Annual base salary range of $218,025–$256,500 USD, excluding equity and bonus.
