Responsibilities
- Advise C-suite leaders, enterprise architects, health systems, payers, partners, and life sciences organizations on data and AI platform strategies.
- Own executive architecture briefings, technical deep dives, co-innovation workshops, and customer-facing platform evangelism.
- Drive solution design and technical validation for healthcare use cases including care coordination, risk stratification, prior authorization, revenue cycle management acceleration, and digital front door initiatives.
- Lead technical pre-sales efforts for strategic RFPs, proofs of concept, and sandbox deployments.
- Guide build-versus-buy decisions, technical roadmaps, and cloud-native, multi-tenant, and hybrid deployment options.
- Align Gravity product roadmaps with market demand and client feedback in partnership with product managers and engineers.
- Collaborate with interoperability, clinical informatics, and data governance subject matter experts to design scalable, standards-aligned solutions.
- Support go-to-market activities from initial pitch through customer expansion and mentor Solution Architects.
Requirements
- 12–18 years of experience driving enterprise architecture, platform adoption, or technical strategy in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong executive presence and customer-facing ability with C-suite leaders, enterprise architects, and healthcare domain experts.
- Deep knowledge of cloud-native data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, semantic layers, and modern data engineering practices.
- Familiarity with AI-driven products and architectures, including LLMs, inference pipelines, AI agents, and vector stores.
- Experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, and X12, plus familiarity with EMRs including Epic and Cerner and with payer systems.
- Ability to conceptualize, diagram, whiteboard, and present complex solutions to business and technical audiences.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
- More than 7 years of Solution Architect experience, preferably in a pre-sales role.
- Relevant AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, or Snowflake certifications are preferred.
