Responsibilities
- Design, code, construct, and configure custom applications for specific business processes and requirements.
- Develop and enhance software components using ServiceNow HRSD and related scripting capabilities.
- Gather and analyze requirements with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other platforms and troubleshoot application issues.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and performance optimization to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Document application specifications and user guides.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management or Human Resource Service Delivery.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery/Management.
- Understanding of application development methodologies.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other platforms.
- Familiarity with scripting languages relevant to ServiceNow.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
