Responsibilities
- Provide support for and evolve AWS and Tanzu infrastructure, including EKS, Cognito, and Lambda.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents in cloud and on-premise systems while maintaining availability, resilience, and performance.
- Configure and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines and ArgoCD GitOps deployments.
- Implement logging, metrics, tracing, disaster recovery, and fault-tolerance practices.
- Optimize cloud costs, automate processes, and secure infrastructure using OAuth, JWT, OIDC, and HTTPS.
- Coordinate after-hours implementations with the client lead when necessary.
Requirements
- More than five years of solid AWS infrastructure experience, especially with EKS, Cognito, and Lambda.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Tanzu environments.
- Experience configuring and managing GitLab CI/CD pipelines and GitOps tools such as ArgoCD.
- Knowledge of observability, high availability, resilience, and failure-recovery strategies.
- Experience applying infrastructure security best practices.
- Proactivity, analytical ability, strong communication skills, and availability for necessary after-hours implementations.
