Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to analyze and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Design and build scalable automation solutions using platforms like n8n and Zapier.
- Apply an AI-first mindset to develop intelligent solutions that enhance workflows.
- Ensure seamless data integration between Talent Acquisition and GloMo systems.
- Contribute to the development of internal tools supporting TA and GloMo operations.
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver effective automation solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for automation processes and workflows.
- Stay updated on emerging automation and AI trends to enhance workflows.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in software development focused on automation.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n or Zapier.
- Experience with cloud data infrastructure, particularly BigQuery.
- Proven experience with AI/LLM APIs and prompt engineering.
- Solid experience with RESTful API integrations.
- Strong knowledge of development best practices in automation contexts.
- Ability to analyze and optimize processes before automation.
- Clear communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced English proficiency.
