Base Salary
$150k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship products and features for contractor estimating, crew management, and real-time profitability tracking
- Develop AI-driven intelligent estimating, predictive crew optimization, and automated insights
- Own system reliability, performance, security, observability, automation, and scalability
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to translate ideas into customer-focused solutions
- Improve testing, deployment, documentation, code review, and other technical standards and processes
- Contribute to a collaborative engineering culture and help shape how the team grows and delivers
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of software engineering experience in a high-velocity environment
- Familiarity with Node.js, React, AWS, and PostgreSQL is a plus
- Work authorization to work in the United States
