Base Salary
$150k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship new products and features, including AI-powered automation.
- Develop AI-driven features for intelligent estimating and predictive crew optimization.
- Ensure system reliability and performance, focusing on security and scalability.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to create practical solutions.
- Refine technical standards and processes for testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Champion a culture of craftsmanship and collaboration within the team.
Requirements
- 3-6+ years of software engineering experience in a high-velocity environment.
- Familiarity with NodeJS, React, AWS, and PostgreSQL is a plus.
- Must have authorization to work in the US.
