- Lead systematic refactoring efforts to ensure long-term scalability and maintainability.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- 5+ years specializing in large-scale, production-grade ReactJS and Redux applications.
- Expert-level proficiency in ReactJS development using TypeScript and ES6+.
- Proven experience building complex UIs and data-heavy dashboards.
- Deep expertise in developing extensive testing suites using frameworks like Jest or Cypress.
- Demonstrated curiosity in integrating AI tools to enhance workflows.
