Responsibilities

  • Execute manual and automated test scripts for infotainment functional and performance requirements.
  • Configure test benches for specific test scenarios and embedded-system hardware setups.
  • Characterize and document defects, including reproduction steps, requirement traceability, and test logs.
  • Develop and update test cases and implement new automation scripts.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to support defect resolution.
  • Manage weekly build promotion, sanity test planning, critical issue escalation, and additional test requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or a master’s degree in one of these fields.
  • Five years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or three years of experience with a master’s degree as an Infotainment Test Automation Engineer, Software Quality Assurance Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or in a related occupation.
  • Three years of experience testing Android-based apps on embedded systems and performing software quality assurance or automotive testing.
  • Three years of experience with continuous integration testing, Jenkins and CI/CD automation servers, Scrum and Agile software development processes, flashing embedded-system images, hardware setup, and CAN, MOST, and Ethernet vehicle communication protocols.
  • Two years of experience writing Python, Java, or Kotlin scripts for test cases running under a continuous testing framework.
