Base Salary
$91k - $136k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and test embedded C++ software for real-time connected in-vehicle mapping applications.
- Collaborate with systems engineers and senior developers on mapping software requirements and architecture.
- Participate in design and code reviews focused on C++ quality, maintainability, and performance.
- Support unit testing, simulation, bench testing, and in-vehicle validation.
- Document software designs and development processes.
- Support continuous integration and deployment pipelines for mapping software modules.
- Mentor and guide technical teams.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience developing production-grade software in C++, preferably for embedded systems.
- At least 1 year of experience in automotive embedded software or related mapping, localization, or navigation domains.
- Experience with DevOps pipelines, build systems, middleware integration, and CI/CD environments.
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and prompt engineering.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
- Familiarity with large codebases.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
