Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance custom software components and SAP applications using SAP ABAP Object-Oriented Development.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Debug, performance-tune, and optimize SAP ABAP code.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives and timelines.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Mentor junior team members and lead process improvements that improve productivity and software quality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Object-Oriented Development.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns within the SAP environment.
- Experience developing and enhancing SAP ABAP reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and create technical solutions.
- Experience with debugging, performance tuning, and optimization of SAP ABAP code.
- Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- 15 years of full-time education.
