Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, implementation, and deployment of software solutions and automation across platforms.
- Develop scalable software components and contribute to platform improvements, upgrades, and complex technical initiatives.
- Write and maintain code using Python, Java, Bash, testing principles, and development pipelines.
- Troubleshoot complex faults across software infrastructure and collaborate with senior specialists on resolution.
- Build data- and analytics-supported cases for change and communicate recommendations to business audiences.
- Contribute to technical specifications, project progress, solution artefacts, audit and security compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify automation and efficiency opportunities and lead assigned improvement workstreams.
- Support internal customers before and after service delivery and help ensure high-quality issue resolution.
- Participate in Agile squads and contribute to engineering, operational excellence, metrics, documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
