Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand business needs and define technical agent specifications.
- Design, configure, deploy, and optimize AI agents using the DevRev platform.
- Build proofs of concept, custom integrations, solution prototypes, live demos, and technical components.
- Integrate agents with external platforms, APIs, databases, CRMs, webhooks, and event/data pipelines.
- Own technical designs and lead execution, project planning, internal alignment, and deployment delivery.
- Advise customers on AI agent architecture, performance, reliability, scalability, and long-term strategy.
- Use prompts, logic, agent configurations, A/B testing, telemetry, and metrics to improve solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, or technical consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; a Master’s degree is also accepted.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and Python; Go is a nice-to-have skill.
- Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, function calling, and building evaluations for agentic AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience integrating systems through APIs, webhooks, and event/data pipelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and business audiences, plus customer-facing experience as a preferred qualification.
- Advanced degrees and certifications in AI or architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or SAFe are preferred.
