Responsibilities
- Partner with account teams and Customer Engineers during technical evaluations to assess feasibility, shape proposals, and validate Forward Deployed Engineering engagements.
- Lead upfront technical design for enterprise AI solutions and integrate models, agents, and connectors with customer data pipelines, identity providers, and compliance boundaries.
- Diagnose complex customer implementation issues at the code level, identify product bugs, and test workarounds.
- Liaise with Product and Engineering teams to resolve systemic deployment blockers and translate field feedback into feature requests.
- Own implementation strategy and technical delivery from pre-sales evaluation through post-sales execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Seven years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Experience leading technical delivery strategies, debugging systems, and interfacing with product and engineering organizations.
- Experience reading or debugging Java, Python, JavaScript, or another general-purpose coding language.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployments.
- Experience in system design or orchestration frameworks.
- Preferred experience orchestrating specialized technical resources for complex builds and influencing technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
- Strong ability to solve novel, ambiguous technical problems and develop credible architectural solutions.
- Excellent executive communication skills and ability to translate technical integration issues into business impact.
