Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design and delivery lifecycle and manage team decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert while collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Establish development standards, code reviews, testing strategies, and best practices to ensure software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional integration of custom solutions within broader systems.
- Drive improvements to software architecture, team productivity, and delivery timelines.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns for custom software development.
- Experience managing and leading software development teams delivering complex projects.
- Ability to address code quality, testing, performance optimization, and scalability in enterprise software.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on practical and innovative technical solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
