Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and build high-quality features for aging parents, pre-teen wearable users, and community groups.
- Work with AI as a first-class collaborator in your primary workflow.
- Help define and codify AI-Native engineering practices for the team.
- Build across the full stack, delivering polished and reliable experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to solve complex user problems.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews.
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response.
- Use agentic workflows to enhance delivery outcomes.
- Mentor team members and contribute to team processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building high-quality consumer-scale software products.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with LLMs.
- Strong proficiency in mobile development (iOS or Android).
- Deep experience with agentic workflows and prompt engineering.
- A track record of using AI tooling to enhance development output.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excitement for defining AI-Native practices.
- Empathy for users, particularly families and community groups.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical field or equivalent experience.
