Base Salary
$230k - $255k/yr
Responsibilities
- Productionize computer-vision and 3D reconstruction research prototypes into reliable pipeline components and services.
- Own the geometric coherence, scale, alignment, and downstream usability of reconstructed environments and spatial artifacts.
- Diagnose real-world failures involving capture quality, scene complexity, calibration, coordinate conventions, and related assumptions.
- Profile and optimize GPU and distributed workloads for performance, throughput, latency, and cost.
- Build datasets, regression tests, quality gates, benchmarking tools, and other evaluation infrastructure.
- Incorporate production and customer constraints into research planning and partner with embodied AI teams on delivery.
- Define representations, tooling, and operational interfaces that move reconstructed environments into customer applications and workflows.
Requirements
- Significant experience building and operating production computer-vision, machine-learning, graphics, or data-processing systems.
- Hands-on experience with 3D reconstruction, photogrammetry, structure from motion, SLAM, mapping, scene understanding, computer graphics, or a related field.
- Experience delivering reliable computer-vision or 3D systems used by other teams or customers.
- Practical command of geometry, camera models, coordinate frames, calibration, and metric scale.
- Strong Python skills and the ability to work in C++ or other performance-oriented environments.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, GPU workloads, distributed processing, or large-scale data pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience with Gaussian splatting, neural rendering, meshing, perception or reconstruction evaluation infrastructure, robotics, simulation, embodied AI, or large-scale GPU optimization.

- Base salary range of $229,500 to $255,000 per year, plus an annual bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
