Base Salary
$200k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of robotics software for motion planning, real-time control, perception, optimization, tooling, and robot infrastructure.
- Own architecture and technical direction across the stack from embedded systems to cloud services.
- Lead technical projects, mentor engineers, and champion software and robotics engineering best practices.
- Build and scale robotics systems for production environments and solve hardware/software integration challenges.
Requirements
- Demonstrated exceptional programming skills with deep experience across multiple languages and systems.
- Track record of designing and owning large, complex software systems.
- Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers.
- Ability to work across the stack from low-level robot control to cloud services.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with enthusiasm for software and robotics problems.
- Preferred experience with Python, robot programming, ROS or other robotics frameworks, manipulation, motion planning, optimization, perception, Docker, Kubernetes, hardware/software integration, real-time systems, and production-scale robotics systems.
