Base Salary
$168k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, prototype, modify, and integrate mission-centric software solutions.
- Augment existing toolsets and produce end-to-end toolsets that operate within mission constraints.
- Derive, document, and analyze requirements.
- Build prototypes to demonstrate understanding of mission requirements.
- Participate in peer code reviews to reduce defects.
- Provide support for fielded software systems.
- Work closely with analysts, operators, data scientists, and software engineers to provide mission tactical support.
Requirements
- Develop and modify software systems using C, C++, Python, and Assembly.
- Understand network protocols such as TCP/IP and analyze network traffic using tools such as Wireshark.
- Have familiarity with Git, Subversion, Jira, and Confluence.
- Hold a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Have 12 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 10 years of experience with a master’s degree.
- Four additional years of software engineering experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
- Preferred qualifications include reverse engineering Windows or embedded platforms, including RTOS.
- Preferred qualifications include developing CNO-specific software for Windows, Linux, or embedded applications.
- Additional preferred languages include Java, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell, Perl, C#, and Rust.
- Preferred experience includes vulnerability research, exploit development, and SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
