Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, maintain, and support ServiceNow SPM applications and platform capabilities.
- Serve as the primary technical contact and escalation point for SPM development, support activities, incidents, and defects.
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Develop and configure Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Agile Development, Resource Management, and Strategic Planning solutions.
- Perform custom development, scripting, workflows, business rules, integrations, testing, defect resolution, and platform enhancements.
- Design and implement integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Lead data migration, transformation, and validation activities for implementations and upgrades.
- Provide end-to-end technical solution design, development, deployment, troubleshooting, and support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and development teams.
- Maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, knowledge transfer materials, and compliance with ServiceNow standards and governance processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience.
- ServiceNow experience is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
