Responsibilities

  • Develop full-stack technology solutions for web and mobile platforms supporting RBC’s call centre and branch transformation.
  • Build intelligent conversational systems and integrate APIs and cloud-based services.
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, monitor progress, and identify, mitigate, and escalate risks.
  • Develop and execute change-management plans and related communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners to define, integrate, and deliver initiatives.
  • Contribute to administrative program activities and maintain clean, secure, and well-tested code.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of software development experience, including exposure to cloud services, microservices, GenAI, or data analysis and hands-on API integration and cloud-based services.
  • Proficiency building frontend applications with React or modern frameworks such as Angular.
  • Server-side development experience with Node.js, Java, or Python.
  • Strong interest in exceptional user interfaces and digital experiences, with effective cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience integrating LLMs such as GPT or OpenAI into conversational flows is preferred.
  • Conversational design, NLP for unstructured data, production incident handling, and observability experience are preferred.
