Base Salary
$154k - $239k/yr
Responsibilities
- Understand customers’ business and technical needs and design solutions using AWS cloud and AI/ML services.
- Design ML pipelines and support large-scale customer adoption of Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, and related services.
- Partner with Solutions Architects, Sales, Business Development, and AI/ML service teams to accelerate adoption and revenue attainment.
- Create and share AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, presentations, and other thought-leadership content.
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and AWS service teams to communicate product improvement feedback.
- Develop and support an internal community of generative AI subject-matter experts across the Americas.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in specific technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- 3+ years of experience in application or infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting.
- Experience in a technical role within a sales organization.
- Deep technical experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, and/or deep learning technologies.
- Preferred: 5+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- Preferred: experience working with end-user or developer communities.
- Preferred: experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders or clients.
- Preferred: experience architecting or operating solutions built on AWS.
- Preferred: strong mathematics and statistics background, experience building complex machine learning models, and familiarity with the generative AI software-vendor ecosystem.
