Responsibilities
- Design and deliver robust, scalable backend features and high-performance services.
- Drive sophisticated product integrations and AI-native solutions.
- Build and maintain reliable services for a global enterprise user base.
- Collaborate with frontend and infrastructure teams on seamless end-to-end experiences.
- Mentor teammates and promote knowledge sharing and technical best practices.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of hands-on backend development experience with Go or Java.
- Strong experience with AWS and monitoring or observability tools such as ELK, Splunk, or Datadog.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and a strong grasp of DevOps practices.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- A solution-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Preferred: familiarity with modern frontend technologies and experience with AI tools, frameworks, or methodologies.
