Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build tools that address real problems.
- Own the evaluation and observability layer for AI products, including dashboards and reporting tools.
- Develop customer-facing applications that provide AI-powered insights.
- Build and maintain scripts, data pipelines, and integrations with various systems.
- Write clear documentation and communicate findings to diverse audiences.
- Champion code quality and reliability through reviews and mentorship.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience focused on tooling, analytics, or full-stack web development.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data/analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
- Experience building web applications using modern frameworks like Vue or React.
- Familiarity with LLM-enabled applications and frameworks such as Langchain.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical findings into clear insights.
- A customer-first mindset with a focus on user experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
- Project management skills to lead and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Comfort with ambiguity and self-direction in a fast-paced environment.
