Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Improve operational stability, reliability, and incident management for APAC algorithmic trading systems.
- Lead and mentor team members to strengthen technical skills and project contributions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless software integration and delivery.
- Evaluate and improve development processes, software quality, scalability, and performance.
- Participate independently in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Java Standard Edition is preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud-based development and deployment practices.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Familiarity with version control systems and automated testing frameworks.
