Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design and delivery while maintaining development standards, code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Improve operational stability, reliability, and incident management for APAC algorithmic trading systems.
- Lead and mentor team members and contribute independently as a subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless software integration and delivery.
- Evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and product quality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Java Standard Edition is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based development and deployment practices.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Familiarity with version control systems and automated testing frameworks.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
