Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, troubleshoot, debug, and optimize custom software solutions.
- Develop scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, distributed systems, APIs, and service integrations.
- Work across full-stack application architecture, including front-end technologies, databases, cloud, and system integration.
- Design and build AI-agent capabilities, including integrations with existing applications and custom agent harnesses.
- Collaborate with customers, product teams, engineering teams, and multiple internal groups to rapidly prototype and deploy solutions.
- Create reusable components, frameworks, tools, agent harnesses, and engineering assets for use across applications and engagements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, contribute to team decisions, lead process improvements, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Java full-stack development, including front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with database design and management using SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of distributed systems, APIs, service integration, scalable application design, and cloud-native architectures.
- Working knowledge of React or other UI technologies.
- Ability to leverage AI agents, agent frameworks or harnesses, and emerging AI techniques to solve engineering and business problems.
- Strong system-design, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and cross-functional stakeholder skills.
- Ability to prototype, build, integrate, and deploy solutions in real-world application environments.
