Responsibilities
- Design and build Java backend services for vehicle turnaround and fleet orchestration workflows.
- Contribute to distributed, event-driven systems operating at branch and global scale.
- Develop and maintain shared libraries and internal tooling that improve reliability and delivery speed.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering stakeholders on scalable technical solutions.
- Use AI coding assistants such as Claude and Cursor while applying engineering judgment to their output.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s-level B.Tech or B.E., or a master’s degree, in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
- 7–9 years of hands-on experience in sophisticated engineering environments, including cloud-native application development, scalability problem-solving, and event-driven system design.
- Production-proven experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices architectures, and operating systems at scale.
- Understanding of event-driven patterns, publish-subscribe models, and message brokers such as Apache Kafka.
- Active experience using AI coding assistants such as Cursor and Claude, with awareness of their limitations.
