Base Salary
$94k - $142k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and support new or revised Oracle EBS applications and systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk analysis, and application development activities.
- Monitor and control application development phases, including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
- Analyze complex application and business-process issues and recommend advanced programming solutions.
- Develop post-implementation security measures and evaluate business and system functionality.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups; install applications and assist with customer-facing systems.
- Define operating standards and ensure required procedures and controls are followed.
- Serve as an advisor or coach to new and lower-level analysts and act as a subject-matter expert for stakeholders and team members.
- Assess and manage technology, compliance, operational, and business risks.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in applications development.
- Strong technical and functional knowledge of Oracle EBS 12.2.9 and Oracle General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, Payables, and Project Accounting.
- Strong experience with AOL, PL/SQL, PL/SQL JSON, Shell Scripting, and RICE components.
- Strong experience with XML, XML/BI Publisher, Oracle Workflows, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
- Experience with Oracle Application Framework, SOAP, and RESTful web services.
- Experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects, with working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred exposure to generative AI concepts including LLMs, transfer-based systems, prompt engineering, basic agent workflows, vector search, and retrieval.
- Preferred familiarity with LongChain, LangGraph, MLflow, workflow orchestration tools such as n8n, and generative AI APIs including Open AI, Gemini, and Claude.
- Preferred experience integrating generative AI APIs into production applications and familiarity with AWS, GCP, Oracle, or Azure.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements.
