Responsibilities
- Design and implement ML and deep learning models for discovery and classification use cases.
- Integrate LLMs and ML models into products and automated workflows.
- Define model training strategies and collaborate on dataset requirements.
- Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines covering training, inference, and evaluation.
- Optimize models and inference pipelines for production constraints.
- Deploy, operate, monitor, and improve ML systems in production environments.
- Translate business challenges into ML system designs.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and the technical direction of applied AI solutions.
Requirements
- Experience delivering machine learning models into production.
- Hands-on experience developing NLP and text-based machine learning systems.
- Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience implementing ML pipelines for model training and evaluation.
- Ability to design clean, modular, and maintainable ML solutions.
- Experience collaborating with software engineers and product managers.
- Strong communication skills to explain machine learning concepts clearly.
