
GTM Engineer

Responsibilities
- Build integrations and data pipelines connecting Salesforce, product data, marketing platforms, sales tools, and internal systems.
- Design GTM data foundations, including data models, Salesforce architecture, APIs, pipelines, and a data warehouse.
- Automate campaign ingestion, lead routing, enrichment, attribution, follow-up tracking, and CRM updates.
- Build internal and customer-facing enablement, account-health, and product-analytics applications.
- Replace manual workflows with maintainable, testable, reliable, and extensible systems.
- Partner with GTM teams to identify bottlenecks, translate business needs into technical solutions, and prioritize work.
- Own the accuracy, reliability, documentation, and ongoing improvement of created systems.
Requirements
- Experience building data pipelines, integrations, internal tools, automations, or other production systems.
- Ability to independently write, review, build, and maintain technical solutions.
- Fluency in SQL and comfort with APIs, schemas, data models, databases, Salesforce, Databricks, and Snowflake.
- Ability to solve ambiguous business problems and ship practical solutions.
- Understanding of the difference between fast prototypes and reliable foundations for scaling companies.
- Experience using AI coding agents and modern development tools while maintaining quality.
- Ability to learn how sales, marketing, and customer-success teams operate and communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical teammates.
- Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate.
- Preferred experience includes scaling B2B companies, Salesforce and GTM tools such as Clay, n8n, or Gong, combining product-usage and GTM data, email deliverability, data warehouses, modern analytics infrastructure, application development, or security and infrastructure markets.
