Responsibilities
- Build and maintain multi-tenant embedded finance infrastructure that meets enterprise availability, latency, and throughput requirements across data centers
- Develop cross-domain features involving business, regulatory, tax, compliance, and monetization requirements
- Design enterprise integrations by translating customer business requirements into technical solutions
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to take embedded finance products from concept to launch
- Use data to measure product success, optimize performance, and identify growth opportunities
- Lead multi-team initiatives with measurable technical or business impact
Requirements
- At least 8 years of software engineering experience for the Staff level, with Java and Spring Boot proficiency
- Ability to make appropriate abstraction tradeoffs in system and component design
- Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Pragmatic judgment when balancing performance optimization and delivery velocity
- Ability to work cross-functionally across Product, Design, Compliance, and Sales
- Experience designing for scale, maintainability, and production excellence
- Staff-level experience leading multi-team initiatives with measurable technical or business impact
- Fintech, payments, or regulated-industry experience is a bonus
- High-scale performance tuning involving 100k+ QPS, large user bases, or strict latency SLAs is a bonus
- Multi-tenant SaaS or platform architecture experience is a bonus
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, or AWS, GCP, or Azure is a bonus
- Experience with OAuth2.0, API design, or developer documentation is a bonus
- Cross-region deployment or data residency compliance experience is a bonus
- Solutions engineering or customer-facing technical experience is a bonus
