Responsibilities
- Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in fintech and other cutting-edge domains.
- Translate high-level strategy into concrete execution roadmaps.
- Architect scalable solutions and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
- Own critical milestones supporting rapid growth and a potential departmental spin-off.
- Collaborate with engineers, researchers, commercial leaders, and the department founder.
Requirements
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation or remote arrangements.
- Proven domain expertise and a high-agency builder mindset.
- Ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership of initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
