Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements from stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams.
- Translate business needs into scalable and efficient Oracle APEX solutions.
- Lead application design, solution architecture, and ER data modeling.
- Define development practices for scalable, secure, high-performance, and accessible applications.
- Architect REST API integrations, automation and scheduled jobs, workflows, reports, dashboards, forms, and data-management capabilities.
- Implement SSO authentication, role-based authorization, AOP reporting, QR code scanning, geo-location services, and advanced APEX features.
- Lead and mentor APEX developers and technical leads.
- Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and enforce development standards.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and recommend optimal technical solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Oracle APEX development and architecture.
- Strong experience with Oracle EBS integration and its ecosystem.
- Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, REST services, and API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with SSO, authentication, and role-based access control.
- Experience building enterprise-grade applications with modern Oracle APEX features.
- Proven team leadership and stakeholder-management experience.
- Preferred: experience with AI integrations in enterprise applications.
- Preferred: knowledge of OCI, AWS, or Azure.
- Preferred: familiarity with Oracle APEX or related Oracle certifications.
- Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, analytical, and prioritization skills.
