Responsibilities

Develop and maintain C#/.NET microservices within the O4A–TheHub clinical microservices platform.
Contribute to Angular and TypeScript front-end development as needed.
Debug and troubleshoot microservices issues while minimizing impact on clinical operations.
Implement, integrate, and maintain generative-AI capabilities under technical guidance from the Lead Data Scientist.
Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, solution design, and technical alignment meetings.
Support Azure cloud and messaging integrations for real-time and asynchronous processing.
Collaborate with the Lead Data Scientist to translate AI/ML concepts into maintainable C# components.
Stay current with relevant software engineering and applied generative-AI practices and help adopt mature tooling.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of professional software development experience with production-grade C#/.NET experience.
Proficiency with C#/.NET 8, async/await, IAsyncEnumerable, dependency injection, and REST APIs.
Experience with ASP.NET Core middleware, IOptions, controller patterns, and hub patterns.
Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, YAML CI/CD pipelines, and Docker/containerization.
Experience with Azure platform services, including Azure OpenAI, Azure Service Bus, and Azure AI Services.
Native or fluent Spanish and professional English proficiency.
Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, SignalR, and SQL/Vertica experience are valued.
Applied AI experience with LLM API integration, agentic AI patterns, RAG pipelines, ONNX Runtime, or orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or AutoGen is a plus.
Three to five years of experience and healthcare IT or regulated-environment experience are preferred.
Awareness of GDPR and patient data protection requirements is beneficial.
