Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the Pega Platform.
- Analyze requirements with business stakeholders and technical teams and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Configure workflows, case management processes, business rules, and enterprise application integrations.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Follow development standards, quality guidelines, and security best practices while working in Agile teams.
Requirements
- Experience working with Pega Platform development.
- Understanding of BPM, workflow automation, and case management concepts.
- Experience integrating applications through REST and SOAP services.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Preferred qualifications include Pega CSA or CSSA certification, Agile delivery experience, cloud and modern application architecture knowledge, stakeholder management skills, and enterprise-scale digital transformation experience.
