Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver services and product capabilities for the T3 Fleet application.
- Develop scalable solutions using event-driven architectures and high-volume data processing.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define requirements and deliver features.
- Own outcomes from start to finish within the assigned product or platform domain.
- Build quality, robust, and observable production applications with monitoring capabilities.
- Contribute to technical direction, delivery improvements, and continuous team improvement.
- Support, coach, and mentor engineers by sharing knowledge and experience.
- Use data and hypothesis-driven analysis to inform decisions, evaluations, and platform recommendations.
Requirements
- Be proficient in a high-level object-oriented language, especially Python or TypeScript, with openness to Go, Java, Scala, or C#.
- Be proficient with JavaScript ES6+ and familiar with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or AngularJS.
- Have solid exposure to event-driven architectures and high-volume data processing.
- Have practical exposure to CI/CD pipelines for production services.
- Have familiarity with public cloud service platforms.
- Have experience building observability and monitoring into applications.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
