Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software solutions and ServiceNow applications.
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine.
- Integrate ServiceNow solutions with enterprise systems and APIs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that improve team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Apply application development lifecycle best practices and iterative delivery practices.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in ServiceNow App Engine.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine, ServiceNow, and ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong knowledge of application development lifecycle practices within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable and maintainable custom ServiceNow applications.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow solutions with enterprise systems and APIs.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaborative tools.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
