Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for SAP SuccessFactors implementations and enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical architecture solutions.
- Design and oversee integrations among SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP HCM, payroll platforms, and third-party applications.
- Provide architectural guidance across Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Succession Management.
- Define architecture blueprints, integration strategies, technical standards, and implementation roadmaps.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders, business process owners, enterprise architects, functional consultants, and technical teams.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise architecture, security, data privacy, and governance standards.
- Lead architecture reviews, solution assessments, technical discussions, and proof-of-concept activities.
- Oversee data migration, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes and maximize SAP SuccessFactors capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and implementation partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, solution design, and architecture.
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules, capabilities, data models, and configuration.
- Experience with SAP HCM and integrations with SAP S/4HANA or other enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, SAP Cloud Integration, APIs, and OData.
- Understanding of cloud architecture, enterprise integration, identity management, and security principles.
- Experience leading solution design workshops and engaging senior business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications are preferred.
- Experience with large-scale or global HR transformation initiatives is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform, Identity Authentication Service, and Identity Provisioning Service is preferred.
- Experience with SSO, SAML, OAuth, role-based access controls, hybrid SAP environments, and third-party payroll integrations is preferred.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise architecture frameworks is preferred.
