Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions with clients to understand business goals, challenges, and requirements.
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance software solutions tailored to client environments.
- Provide guidance on architecture, integrations, data flows, and deployment strategies.
- Manage technical delivery across planning, documentation, execution, and client handover.
- Facilitate technical workshops, training, and knowledge-transfer sessions for client teams.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive customer-focused resolutions.
- Support pre-sales through solution demonstrations, RFP responses, and technical proposals.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal best practices and business process improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical consulting, systems implementation, or software development.
- Proven ability to lead client-facing technical engagements and translate business needs into effective solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience implementing complex software solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Extensive knowledge of relational databases, with SQL Server or similar preferred.
