Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client goals, challenges, and requirements.
- Design and implement secure, scalable, high-performance solutions tailored to client environments.
- Provide guidance on architecture, integrations, data flows, and deployment strategies.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, support, and sales teams on project outcomes.
- Manage technical delivery from planning and documentation through execution and client handover.
- Facilitate technical workshops, training, and knowledge-transfer initiatives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive customer-focused resolutions.
- Support pre-sales through demonstrations, RFP responses, and technical proposals.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal best practices.
- Recommend business process improvements that increase the value of clients’ technology investments.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical consulting, systems implementation, or software development.
- Ability to lead client-facing technical engagements and translate business needs into effective solutions.
- Demonstrated experience implementing complex software solutions with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Extensive knowledge of relational databases; SQL Server or similar is preferred.
