Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Temenos Payment Hub (TPH) and Temenos Transact (T24).
- Lead complex payment workflows including SWIFT payments, instant payments, local clearing, standing orders, and bulk payments.
- Build and manage TPH integrations using IF Queue Configuration, the IRIS Framework, and XML/XSLT transformations.
- Develop and customize T24 solutions using the Componentization Framework, Java extensibility, custom APIs, and integrations.
- Execute FT-to-TPH migration initiatives across analysis, design, migration, testing, and cutover.
- Troubleshoot TPH, T24, interfaces, and downstream systems; provide SIT, UAT, go-live, and production support.
- Produce technical designs, architecture documents, integration specifications, and solution approaches.
- Review code quality, enforce development practices, mentor junior developers, and lead technical teams.
- Collaborate with business, architecture, and client stakeholders to translate payment requirements into scalable solutions.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience with Temenos Payments Hub (TPH) and Temenos Transact/T24.
- Strong understanding of payment processing lifecycles and the banking payments domain.
- Hands-on experience with SWIFT messaging, instant payments, local clearing, standing orders, and bulk payment processing.
- Expertise in TPH integrations, interfaces, IRIS, XML, and XSLT.
- Strong T24 technical development experience, including Componentization and Java extensibility.
- Experience with FT-to-TPH migration projects.
- Deep understanding of payment routing, validations, charges and fees, FX processing, SWIFT flows, and accounting and posting flows.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
- Experience reviewing code and leading technical teams.
- Preferred qualifications include experience in large-scale banking transformation programs, knowledge of cloud deployment and modern integration frameworks, exposure to Agile delivery methodologies, and strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
