Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications and REST APIs using ASP.NET Core and C#.
- Contribute to application architecture, service integration patterns, and API design.
- Implement and support Redis caching, session management, and pub/sub functionality.
- Design relational database schemas and write and optimize SQL Server queries.
- Write unit tests, debug software, and resolve defects and production issues.
- Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews.
- Support CI/CD build, test, and deployment workflows.
- Collaborate with senior developers, QA, and business analysts to translate requirements into software.
- Follow secure coding practices and internal engineering standards for banking applications.
- Document technical designs, APIs, and configuration details.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience as a .NET developer.
- Strong experience with ASP.NET Core and C#.
- Understanding of application architecture, REST APIs, and service integration.
- Hands-on experience with Redis for caching, session management, and pub/sub.
- Familiarity with SQL Server and relational database design.
- Understanding of unit testing and debugging practices.
- Exposure to Git and CI/CD workflows.
- Ability to work within established coding standards and review processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior banking or financial services experience is a plus but not required.
