Base Salary
$180k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve product features and grow into ownership of application-level features.
- Develop third-party integrations including CRM integrations, Zapier, and Slack integrations.
- Work on integrated applications including the Electron desktop application and Chrome extension.
- Contribute to highly scalable stateful and stateless services running across multiple regions.
- Support services handling spiky workloads and participate in multi-stage rollouts that validate change correctness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with backend, infrastructure, application engineering, and customer support teams to improve customer experiences.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Ruby, Rails, Sidekiq, TypeScript/TSX, MySQL, Redis, Pusher, Electron, and GCP/GKE or equivalent technologies.
- Experience working in a SaaS or PaaS environment at comparable scale.
- Ability to operate as a generalist while diving deeply into varied technical challenges.
- Curiosity, pragmatism, resilience, attention to detail, and independence in managing workload and priorities.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to explain complex insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
