Base Salary
$143k - $193k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code for AI analytics capabilities.
- Design and implement AI-enabled web applications and analytics using Streamlit, React, or similar technologies.
- Integrate LLM capabilities through prompting, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, and related agentic patterns.
- Design, develop, and integrate APIs, including FastAPI-based services, for communication between systems.
- Build user interfaces that make AI, data, and analytics capabilities accessible to end users.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines and container-based deployments using Docker.
- Work with PostgreSQL and MySQL to maintain data integrity, performance, and efficiency.
- Use Git-based version control and collaborate through the full software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to reliable AI workflows with validation, error handling, retries, logging, and fallback strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, build, test, deploy, and sustain new features.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Current TS/SCI clearance with an active or obtainable CI Polygraph.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Proficiency in Python, full-stack development, Docker, Git, web technologies, containerization, and scalable backend development.
- Experience building AI-enabled web applications, analytic dashboards, or user workflows with Streamlit or similar technologies.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Experience with APIs and Python frameworks; Kubernetes experience is a plus.
- Preferred qualifications include React, LLM-powered agentic workflows, tool calling, structured outputs, task planning, multi-step execution, state management, cloud-native development, DevSecOps, secure software delivery, and MLOps concepts.
