Base Salary
$143k - $193k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-enabled web applications and analytics using Streamlit, React, or similar technologies.
- Integrate LLM capabilities through prompting, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, and related patterns.
- Design, develop, and integrate APIs, including FastAPI-based services.
- Build and maintain user interfaces for AI, data, and analytics capabilities.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines and container-based deployments using Docker.
- Work with PostgreSQL and MySQL to maintain data integrity, performance, and efficiency.
- Implement Git-based version control and collaborate across teams to deliver features.
- Support the full software development life cycle from design through testing, deployment, and sustainment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Current TS/SCI clearance with active or obtainable CI Polygraph.
- US citizenship is required.
- Proficiency in Python, full stack development, web technologies, containerization, RESTful APIs, user interface development, Docker, Git, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Experience building AI-enabled web applications, analytic dashboards, or user workflows using Streamlit or similar technologies.
- Experience designing and maintaining scalable Python-based backend solutions.
- Preferred qualifications include React, LLM-powered agentic workflows, tool calling, structured outputs, task planning, multi-step execution, component-based UI development, state management, cloud-native development, DevSecOps, reliable AI workflow controls, and MLOps concepts.
