Responsibilities
- Build AI-native tooling to optimize CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify and resolve systemic bottlenecks in the development lifecycle.
- Work with product teams to ensure new features are modular and testable.
- Develop and maintain frameworks used by hundreds of engineers.
- Write high-quality Kotlin code to extend testing frameworks.
- Take ownership of key components of the Automated Quality Platform.
- Participate in design reviews for new Android features.
- Implement LLM-based solutions for smart test orchestration.
- Collaborate with Product and Mobile Infrastructure teams.
- Mentor peers by reviewing code and providing technical guidance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional Android development experience or a PhD.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and the Android SDK.
- Experience in building or maintaining test automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD orchestration.
- Interest or experience in leveraging AI/LLMs for engineering challenges.
- Proven problem-solving skills in complex codebases.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
